The Era Of JV (Joint Venture) Business In 2010

With the reduced of the flow release of local products in my country, the map competition of local products creator seem to be increasingly pursed. The candidates who survive are those who have quality products, routine to update the product, has a good reputation, and intelligent in managing customer community. Or at least have a community with strong prospects.

Here is the starting gates and a new era of digital products business in indonesia – Joint Venture (JV).

JV concept itself actually there are two model :

  1. JV – Joint venture in which each party working together in making and marketing products
  2. JV – Joint venture in which one party acts as a products maker and other party to act as a products promoter

With selfish reasons, seems more liked in Indonesia is the second model of JV which the author/creator – the publisher/promoter. Rather than the hassle of building a reputation and Promotion, this JV species offers a shortcut for those who want to succeed becomes the creator of digital products. You do not even have a headache thinking about the problem because the system is handled by your JV partner.

The steps that must be done, if you are interested in JV (joint venture) to the second model something like this:

  1. Look for the idea of digital products will be made
  2. Create a picture / outline of the digital products
  3. Find a JV partner that if the most suitable in marketing these products
  4. If approved, complete digital product
  5. Leave it to the JV to be corrected. If approved, the product began to be marketed
  6. Receive money

Only the last may need to be addressed, JV (joint venture) do not mean you can carelessly made products. Instead, you must be guaranteed with quality of product. You also have to keep building trust and communication with customers. But at least you did not have trouble selling themselves and dealing with customers directly. Trust me, it is complicated.
